Pricing Policy
We make every effort to ensure that all pricing listed on our website and marketing materials is accurate and up to date. While we strive to keep pricing consistent, prices for products and services may change from time to time. Elegance Sculpting reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required on file to book all appointments. By providing your credit card information and booking an appointment, you authorize Elegance Sculpting to charge your card in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
Consultation Policy
All consultations are $50. This fee will be returned to you as a $50 gift card, which may be applied toward any service offered by Elegance Sculpting.
Exchange & Adjustment Policy
We want you to feel confident in your experience and purchases from Elegance Sculpting. If you have concerns regarding a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours:
• 50% of the service price
No-shows or appointments missed without notice:
• 100% of the service price
Late arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment and a 100% no-show fee will apply.
All applicable fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Gift cards are non-refundable and have a one-year expiry from the date of purchase.
Packages
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have a one-year expiry from the date of purchase.
