Preparing for your HaloIR™ session at Elegance Sculpting is easy and tailored to your specific health needs, whether you’re seeking relief from respiratory conditions or skin issues.

For Respiratory Conditions:

  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water prior to your session to aid in detoxification.
  • Attire: You may keep your clothes on; only shoes need to be removed. Comfortable, breathable clothing is recommended.
  • During Your Session: Once you’re comfortably seated in the cabin, relax and breathe normally. Although normal breathing is fine, we encourage deep breathing for enhanced benefits. We offer guided breathing exercises and calm music to help you relax.

For Skin Conditions:

  • Hydration: It’s important to stay hydrated; please drink plenty of water before your session.
  • Attire and Privacy: Remove your shoes and feel free to expose any areas of your skin that you feel would benefit from direct salt therapy. Our cabins are private, allowing you the comfort to remove clothing as needed. Many clients opt for wearing just a bathing suit.
  • Post-Session Care: For maximum benefits, leave the salt on your skin as long as possible after the session.

The HaloIR sauna session starts with 20 minutes of combined heated halotherapy and infrared heat up to 120°, followed by 25 minutes of infrared heating up to 140°. Yes, when the air is dry and warm, it will allow for deeper penetration and better absorbency of the salt particles in the bronchi. Halotherapy at low levels of heat enhances the experience and efficacy of Halotherapy.

Infrared saunas detoxify and promote relaxation using infrared lamps, which use electromagnetic ration, to warm your body rather than the air. This allows for infrared saunas to operate at a lower temperature, between 110˚F and 125˚F, whereas traditional saunas using conventional heat use typically between 150˚F and 180˚F. This allows for the environment to be more comfortable for you so you can reap the benefits of a full session.

Sylfirm X treatment length is highly dependent on the individual and treatment area. The actual treatment typically takes approximately 20 to 45 minutes; however, clients can expect a consultation before their first treatment. 

We recommend our clients complete a minimum series of three Sylfirm X treatments spaced four to six weeks apart. Depending on the skin concern, a series of up to six treatments may be recommended. During your complimentary consultation, our Elegance skin care experts will better be able to provide a treatment plan customized to you and your goals. Most clients report being an immediate improvement of skin tone and texture, with the collagen regeneration only increasing result visibility for three months after the final treatment. 

Sylfirm X RF Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that involves the skin rejuvenating through natural processes. Clients may experience redness, dryness and peeling—all which are completely normal and part of the process. Within seven days following your treatment, your skin should make a full recovery.

It’s important that you stay out of direct sunlight for at least 48 hours after your Sylfirm treatment and apply an SPF 30 or greater. Avoid strenuous activities, saunas, other facials and swimming while the skin heals. Avoid touching your face and be extremely gently when cleansing. Replace your pillow case with a fresh one after your treatment to avoid dirt and bacteria effecting the skin. Full post-treatment care instructions will be provided at the time of your first treatment.

Every individual is different, but the accelerated collagen production achieved with the Sylfirm X will continue for at least three month after your final treatment. 

Most clients describe Sylfirm X treatments as comfortable over painful. There is often a slight feeling of pressure or tingling sensation associated with the treatment depending on the depth and area being treated. A topical numbing cream can be used to maximize comfort levels, but is often not needed.

If you’ve been living with an unwanted skin anomaly thermocoagulation can help.  Skin tags, spider angioma, ruby points, dilated capillaries, calcium deposits and cholesterol deposits can all be treated with this non-invasive, advanced treatment.

The number of thermocoagulation treatments required varies based on individual and the skin anomaly being treated; however, typically our clients see optimal results with one to three treatments. During your complimentary consultation, our team will better be able to estimate how many treatments will be required. 

Thermocoagulation treatments for skin  anomalies are extremely efficient, typically taking between five and fifteen minutes. Please note that your first treatment with the Elegance Sculpting team will be slightly longer to also include a consultation.

This is a completely non-invasive procedure that is relatively painless. The mild energy currents may cause a slight pricking sensation, but is often not described as painful. 

Thermocoagulation is considered a lunchtime treatment, meaning there is little to no downtime required. It is extremely important that the micro-crust or scabs that form are not touched or removed. They will fall off on their own within three and 21 days, when the body has completed the healing process. Please note, treatment areas closer to the heart, heal faster. For instance, skin anomalies on the legs will take longer to heal. If the treated skin anomaly is on the face, cleanse the area gently using fingers and a mild facial cleanser. You may still wear makeup over the treatment area, but be gentle. Avoid any facials until the natural healing process has been completed. If the treatment area feels irritated or hot, apply a cold compress. Refrain from any strenuous physical activity, tanning beds, saunas, swimming pools or baths for 48 hours to ensure optimal healing. Apply a moisturizing heading cream four to five times a day. As always, wear an SPF of 30 or more over the treatment area.

This treatment is approved and proven to be an extremely safe treatment with minimal risk of heat blisters, hyperpigmentation or scarring post-treatment. Our team at Elegance has completed the certifications with the strictest standards of hygiene and safety to ensure our clients have complete confidence before, during and after their treatments. However with any new treatment, always consult your family doctor.

Using high frequency currents, our thermocoagulation VascuLyse 2G RF technology is able to pin point heat energy to unwanted skin imperfection. The thermal lesion produced from this process leads to the nearly immediate elimination of the imperfect (or vein) while leaving the epidermis unharmed. The dilated section of the capillary being treated is first coagulated to solidify the blood. With the blood for interrupted at the treatment section, it will be redirected to neighbouring capillaries. Post-treatment, clients are typically will see a circular red mark at the treatment site which will turn into a micro-crust. Once this micro-crust sheds (typically within three to 21 days, do not pick at it early), the skin will heal with little risk of scarring. This is a permeant treatment.

Do not get your brows wet for 24 hours after your brow lamination (like proven Legally Blonde, this is grounds for incarceration). After that, each time you are in the shower use hair conditioner on your brows to help maintain the health of your brows (the chemicals used can be drying). Each time you wash your face or get your brows wet, use a brow brush to push the hairs upward to help maintain your new lifted shape.

  • Women who are breast-feeding or pregnant (due to the chemicals used)
  • Individuals who suffer from eczema or dermatitis
  • Individuals with little to no brow hair

Side effects of brow lamination are not common; however, skin irritation caused by the chemicals can occur. If any redness, peeling, itching, bumps or skin sensitivity should occur, they will likely subside in a couple days.

There is no downtime associated with brow lamination, a welcomed change from its alternative of microblading which requires over two weeks of downtime. However brow lamination is just like with any perm; you’ll need to avoid getting your eyebrow hair wet for at least 24 hours.

Brow lamination can range from $50 for the base treatment and up to $90 or more for the often recommended brow lamination, shape and tint combination.

Please avoid any facial waxing for the two weeks leading up to your dermaplaning treatment at Elegance Sculpting. For the five days prior to your treatment, avoid exfoliating the treatment area and excessive sun exposure. If you have an extreme breakout the day of your scheduled dermaplaning treatment, we kindly ask you to reschedule to avoid aggravation and possible infection.

Dermaplaning removes 3 weeks worth of dead skin cells in one treatment. We recommend waiting at least 4 to 6 weeks before scheduling your next treatment.

Dermaplaning involves using a medical-grade scalpel to gently scrape away the epidermis, or top layer of your skin, along with the small hairs commonly known as peach fuzz. There are no serious side effects of the Microneedling procedure that you should be concerned about. There are many benefits of the microneedling procedure, including but not limited to; increasing the production of collagen to strengthen and plump your skin, improving the look of scars, clearing signs of rosacea and eliminating wrinkles or sun damage. Microneedling can also help your at-home skin care treatments, the small punctures in the skin can increase absorption, which helps the products work in a more efficient way.

Each individual’s pain tolerance is different, therefore some might experience discomfort during the invasive procedure, and others may think that this process is painful. To eliminate any discomfort we offer numbing cream that can be applied on the targeted area prior to the treatment.

The duration of the Microneedling procedure will depend on the area that is being treated, but on average the procedure typically takes around 30 minutes to complete.

During the first 12 hours after your spray tan, the bronzer may slightly rub off on lighter clothing and sheets. If it does being a natural sugar based solution it will wash out very easily.

Do not shower for 12 hours after your spray tan! Final results won’t be seen until after you have your first shower.

Your tan can last between 5-10 days, depending on how often you maintain your skin care such as moisturizing. Ask us about our face and body lotion extenders for purchase at your appointment. These extenders will help you extend your tan past 10 days.

Bar soaps, products with Sodium Laureyl Sulfate (SLS) and mineral oil as well as petroleum based product. Will all contribute to your tan fading more rapidly. Avoid long hot baths and exposure to chlorinated water. Any skin care products with Alpha Hydroxy, Glycolic or Salicylic Acid, Retin-A and Retinol will fade your tan more quickly as well.

The Elos Plus has many different applicators that can treat a wide variety of client’s needs. The Motif Vantage applicator is used for laser hair removal and achieves permanent hair reduction of pigmented and minimally pigmented hair on all skin types. If it’s your first time getting laser hair removal, here are a few pointers before you head to your appointment at Elegance Sculpting. For optimal results and to avoid the possibility of hyperpigmentation it is recommended you keep the area that will be treated out of direct sunlight for one to two weeks before your first treatment. Prior to your appointment, shave the area you desire to treat—this allows the laser to not target the visible hair but the actual hair follicle below the skin. Avoid waxing, tweezing or plucking the hairs prior to your treatment, that way the laser can target the hair follicle and prevent future grow back.

After your Elos Plus laser hair removal treatment, the treated skin may feel sensitive, warm and slightly irritated. These mild side effects quite common and will be gone within 24 hours of your treatment. Ensure the treated skin stays out of direct sunlight and avoid procedures such as microdermabrasion, exfoliating or the use of harsh products that may irritate the area. Clients can expect hair growth will decrease within the four week span of their approximately six treatments. During this time you can shave your hair, but do not pluck, wax or tweeze your hair as the hair follicle is most important part in this clinical procedure.
