Important Information Regarding Your Appointment

For the health and safety of all our clients and team members, the following procedures are in effective immediately.

Prior to entering Elegance:

  • If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is unwell please stay home and email us to cancel your appointment
  • As all treatments will be made by appointment only, arriving on time is essential to keep everything running smoothly
  • Once you arrive please wait at the front door until a team member greets you
  • No children or other accompanying guests will be allowed in the spa during your appointment
  • Please leave all nonessential belongings in your car

Upon entering Elegance:

  • As mask supplies are still limited, we ask you to kindly to bring a mask or protective wear from home and wear it for the entirety of your appointment. If you are unable to provide a mask from home, Elegance does have masks available for purchases
  • If you should cross paths with other clients, pease maintain your social distance
  • Clients are required to use the provided hand sanitizer and/or wash their hands
  • Clients will be taken directly to treatment rooms, no clients in the waiting area

During your appointment:

  • The Elegance team will wear a mask for the entirety of your treatment
  • Bathroom use may be requested but we highly encourage clients to refrain when possible
  • We highly encourage clients to bring and wear masks from home

After your appointment:

  • All payment in the forms will still be accepted
  • We encourage all clients to use provided hand sanitizer upon exiting Elegance
